Ventura door leaking top left corner- baffled how to fix

I know I been asking for allot of help sorry but this one has me really scratching my head!

My Ventura camper door leaks on the upper left side original rubber silicon whatever it is is missing on the corner Soo ..

I've tried glueing the metal were it was a lil miss shaped
I tryed the weatherstripping foam
Last try is the grey silicone flap?

I really really can't afford a new door if I even could find one
I'm about to duck tape a umbrella to my door roflmas!

I'd greatly appreciate some ideas I can't finish the inside till I can get this camper dry

Baffled how to fix...hopefully someone here can "remove the baffles" for you. If the rubber is damaged, the whole piece of rubber probably should be replaced. There are sources for rubber weatherstripping stuff that could replace the old stuff, but you'd want to get the right size.
