What is this tube in the floor?

I'm doing a pretty heavy restoration.

The water system was removed before I purchased, so I'm having a trouble figuring out how it all goes back together.

Can anyone tell me what this green and white tube is that goes out and back into the floor? How do I deal with this when replacing the rear dinette floor?

It's your grey water tank vent. It loops up under the seat and vents under the trailer. If you replace the complete rear floor you will need to remove and replace the grey water tank and drill holes in your new floor for the drain and vent lines.
