hello all, i finally found a scamp after many many months and it was just 20 minutes away! anyway its a 1983 13', at some point white late model wheels were put on it(i assume they were because i have a 1983 brochure and the wheels are black with moonies) anyways at some point id like to go back to the black with moonies look, which looks great imho, any ideas on a way to go on this? i appreciate the help

i appreciate the leads. i cant seem to find the oem style wheel in the right pilot diameter. the link to vinatge trailer is exactly what i was looking for but there wheels have too small of a pilot diameter. maybe thats why my trailer had the new style on it when i got it cause you cant get the old ones anymore... the scamp site only has the new style. not a huge deal but now im curious.

You might be comparing hub-centric wheels to lug-centric wheels (which is what most trailers use and have larger, but not necessarily centered, pilot holes).

I have an 1981 scamp that had 13 inch wheels with 4 lug nuts.I think that was the stock set up.

The Scamp wheels were lug-centric, whereas the Ford wheels are hub-centric.
