Window help for my 1977 scamp

Hi I bought a 1977 Scamp about a month ago. While driving home, the door window blew off. The frame and screen are still attached but the glass portion is gone. Anyone selling a window or have advice of what I do for a replacement?

Hi Chris, welcome to FiberglassRV Glass is replaceable. Did you lose any part of the frame? If all you need is glass, take the whole frame to a glass shop. I've replaced the glass in the door window of my Scamp and it cost me around $20.

If the portion of the frame holding the glass is missing, you may find it cheaper to buy a whole new assembly. Scamp sells windows about as cheap as you'll find. You'll need measurements! And be sure to call, rather than the e-mail addy for the parts department. But be aware, shipping a "glass" product isn't the cheapest thing in the world.

Thanks Donna! I did get a replacement window from scamp, but it's way to small. I have the "main" part of the window frame, but I did lose the window and the frame around the window (everything that cranks out).

Chris, manufacturers quit putting those wonder jalousie style windows in trailers years ago. At this point, I can only offer links to some RV salvage places:

What are the dimensions of this window?

Looks like 19"x6 1/4" roughly.
