Working on roof

Hi. My 6 year old Max Air hood broke up over the winter and I want to replace it. Any recommendations for how to support my weight while working on the roof? Or maybe there is no concern as I only weigh 140 lbs.

Thank you

Roof Work?

Hello,

When working on roof of my '78 Trill I use a 3/8 or 1/2"
piece of plywood to sit on. I am 178 lbs.
