OK, it's a 14+ year old trailer that hasn't enjoyed a pampered life. The
fiberglass cracks look to me like impact damage, (like a big tree branch hit it or something similar.) That is not normal gel coat crazing. (And I do
fiberglass work.) And the crappy patch job on the door shows the amateurish attempt to glop stuff on it and call it good. Put it another way, there's no way I'd buy it. The trailer appears to have been involved with something very traumatic that caused that much cracking to the trailer shell. And for the asking price, I would be inclined to think it is way above where it should be. (Maybe $3-4K sale price at best,) and needing a lot of repair work, to both the fiberglass and sub flooring repairs and replacement. Just my 2 cents. I'd be leery of it. There are many other small fiberglass trailers out there in much better condition, especially for the rediculous asking price. My advice would be to keep looking.
