My bad for not mentioning that this is for a tv in a camper with a seperate battery from the tow vehicle. Thanks to everyone for their ideas.

You can also use something like this to correct the voltage drop to charge your battery as long as you stay within the current limits. Perhaps hooked up after the refrigerator load.

Looks like that will do what I want. Lots of negative comments but that is common with products from overseas. Worth a try for no more than it costs. Thanks dm.

I bought Sceptre TV DVD Combination. I am actually skeptical about considering this RV TV DVD combo as one of the televisions for RV’s after seeing some of the previous reviews, but there’s something about this product that makes it a great investment. And I saw that the only drawback with this product is that the sound is rather poor, but can still be fixed. Overall, I am pleased with the performance of this TV DVD Combination.
