Hi,
I am finally getting going on my Amerigo FG-16. I would like to take out the cabinet (above the drawer) pictured just to make it roomier. I took the fridge out. My concern is will the roof sag if I do this? Is it a roof support?

Yep, that is a roof support. You would need to figure out a way to support the roof there if you remove it.
