1974 boler Ceiling Liner

The Ceiling liner is starting to let go in my 1974 Boler. Does anyone have any suggestions for adhesives/techniques on how to re-attach?

Ceiling Repair

If you have an ensolite ceiling, I found you can use paintable silicon to join pieces together and then paint over. I would try this to stick it back to ceiling.

I had the ensolite detaching from my ceiling as well. I cut a small slice in the ensolite at the area of the "bubble" and used a spray contact cement with the tube from a wd40 bottle to get it inside the bubble. Go all around the area with spray, push the ensolite against the fiberglass and pull back. Let dry for 10 to 15 mins and push the ensolite back on. When done use a latex caulk to hide the cuts. I'm in Maple Ridge. PM me if you want to see how mine turned out.

Heres the pics. The door detached about the width of the door and about a foot high. The rest all had detached ensolite as well. The one is whrer i ran the speaker wires and the wire for the fan.

Use a quality contact cement and follow the directions, often you need to apply 2 thin layers on each surface. working from the closest seam to where it has released carefully peel the ensolite back, apply the contact cement and let it set, then push it hard into place, does not even hurt to gently tap with a rubber mallet to ensure good contact. Use a paintable latex caulking to fill the seams afterwards, I recommend using DAP Dynaflex 230 (available at most hardware stores) an excellent caulking and not silicon based.
