ok everyone im back again i did some more work on the cabinets
i did mess up the counter (when i glued the one opening shut and finished it off i neglected to wate till the urethane glue was completely dry and had some large bobbles. so i got to re-sand fix and than paint again graaaaa.)

ok so i also placed the cabinets inside the boler to do a test fit and i couldn't help to take a bunch of pictures

i do need to fix so fit issues due to the flooring but its easy enough

my brother is an electrician and he told me to get this led lighting
its like a rope light but its flat waterproof and extremely easy to use
so i ended up ordering 5 m of the stuff for only $10
i tried it and i fell in love
its a great accent lighting choice
so here is a few pictures of it

(i also ordered bright white that im going to use in my house for under my cupboards) and also the closet in the boler

i also paint the edging that the floor does not cover black and made myself two edging peaces that i painted black to go down at the bottem of the closet and the step up to the table

your attaching the upper cabinets and lower cubboard with urathane glue right. but excatly how are you you doing that it looks like in the recent pics that you never removed the ensolite. Im considering doing this as well but don't exacly know the procedure.

the upper and the closet i have decided not to urethane and the only reason y is that i may have to paint the cabinets again if i sell this one. its a lot easier to take them out scuff them up and than spray them if there not glued in (im using bolts with snap caps for a clean look)

but the answer to you question.
to urethane the panels on it is a must to use a two part urethane otherwise the strength is just not there. first outline on both sides on the ensolite where the panel is going ''i suggest using a dry erase marker''.
then cut out the ensolite in about a 1 cm width inside both the lines (that way when the cabinet is on you wont see any glue and it still looks finished). than sand the 1 cm grove with any grit of sandpaper lower than 320, as well as the peace your gluing. i use a 1.5 min glue so i don't have to stand there long but that means you have to be quick. (there is 4-5 different dry times of the glue you can get)

apply glue, stick, hold and your done

the glue can be painted and its sand able
you can use it to fill small holes, cracks,
even glue other parts onto the boler
proform glue is what i use pf7773
and the glue gun is 807n

hope this helps

took out some more garbage and worked in the insolite a little(needs alot of work).
Nice project. Can you tell me the side window sizes? I want to replace the ones in my 75 Boler and I think that they should be 20" x 26" but I'm concerned with interference with the closet.
