With the frame done I have moved the body into the shop. On the cradle of coarse... remember there is NO floor to support things. As soon as all the rivets and things are cleaned off.. I'll wash what's left of the Insulite from the interior. Then start insalling a new floor.

Well the pressure washer with the 0 rotating nozzle would only take about 50 % of the black foam and glue off.

That glue they used was good stuff. So I'll have to take the wire wheel to it.. And my oscillating tool with a flush cut blade was my friend today. I carefully cut the top fiberglass lip from where the floor WAS. So now I can just drop the floor panels in and they rest on what's left of the bottom lip.

It's hard to know the measurement across the trailer sides.. because they are flopping around. So we took a good guess at 74 1/2 ". Seams to be right. After careful measuring and cutting the rear floor fit perfect.. I had to trim a little off the front floor to get a good fit..

And it's all good ... Now to bring the body back inside to glue and glass the floors in.
