My friend finally found the time, and the sun has cleared to overcoat the dark brown with baby blue. It looks a little bright right now, I hope it grows on me.
I could always go over that 'goldish-tan' stripe with baby blue or another color. Comments on that?
We could tell after a good buffing the trailer's original color was tan and the previous owner also painted white over both
Fiber Stream logos in the front and the rear of the trailer. I'll get to that in the next few weeks.
I want to add a baby blue and white vintage
awning and also
paint the LP gas tanks baby blue.
I did get my cushions reupholstered by a professional interior designer. I picked them up yesterday. The price was 4X's what I expected...this will be a trailer so nice on the inside, we may not want to wear shoes inside!!! I have no recollection of ordering 12!! YES 12!!! decorative pillows!!!!
There's so many pillows, we won't be able to sit!!! LOL!!
I contacted her too late to cut the backing of the sofa, to enable a double bed AND sitting area- however, I love that idea so much, I'm going to purchase the fabric (to be sure I have it) and do it at a later time.
May 20th, the trailer gets lifted off the frame for reinforcement. Any tips on what should be done while the trailer is off its frame? I am considering a bigger tire- I'd like to
paint the rims baby blue and put on some moon caps- but the tire is only 12".
Well- enjoy the pics.
