A couple of simple things we did

Just after we picked up the Scamp we noticed no place for toilet paper and we didnt want to screw in a paper towel holder into kitchen cabinet. With a little crochet my wife came up with these hangers.

and rather than being in a hole where the shower is while using the head.... I went to home depot and bout high density foam insulation and cut it to 18x20 inches, took some double sided velcro and stuck them together then dropped them in the shower. they weight practically nothing and I can just lift them out if I want to shower,

With the toliet/shower combos is difficult to have it in there unless you have a waterproof canister. We just leave it out and take in as needed.

I did something similar. I bought a paper towel rack at the dollar store and mounted a couple of suction cups to the back. I stick it over the window in my UHaul.

I have suction cups all over my Scamp. I found that the heavy-duty locking suction type are the best. They stay up even after bumpy rides. Amazon has some Amazon.com: Addahook The Heavy Duty Double Locking Suction Hooks (Set of 4) with 2" Base: Home & Kitchen. I grab up a bunch when they are on sale at our OSH (Orchard Supply Hardware) in the $2 bin.

And, for attaching lightweight things to the rat fur, the cubicle clips do a good job and come in a variety of configurations and accessories.

Anyone have good ways to attach things to the elephant hide in a Trillium? We don't want to pull the joins apart!

Cubicle clips, what a great idea! I attach the hook side of Velcro to the item I want to hang. Simply press the item onto the rat fur (which acts as the loop side of Velcro) and it sticks. I'm also thinking of using drapery hooks Pointed Top Pin On Drapery Hooks, 1" (1002) at Aubuchon Hardware. I do want to be sure they don't rust and the pointy end is made less pointy. I'm not familiar with elephant hide but I think its basically a smooth surface made wrinkly. Perhaps the removable Command hook will work. http://www.containerstore.com/shop?s...+hooks&submit=

Ha, ha, what bathroom? They stick to any smooth fiberglass surface inside or out.

In the Scamp I made a paper towel roll holder by simply inserting a bungee cord through the paper core and wrapped it around the support poles and tucked the hook ends back into the core. By doing so the roll is handy next to the sink and does not unroll spontaneously. (Sorry, no photo)

To hold toilet paper in the porta-pottie cabinet we put it on an IKEA toilet bowl brush and stand (We haven't even unwrapped it). It fits perfectly in the space and holds two rolls! Perhaps you could use a spring-tension curtain rod in a vertical (or horizontal position). (again, no photo)
