Frame moved out for repair.

Boler stripped down for rebuild.Last photo is my used parts stock pile.Got this stuff from old damaged Boler next door to me.

With that damage, it would be about as easy to go ahead and put on a complete new A frame. That way you could make it extra long so you could have a nice big storage box on it. Or maybe an extra battery or two. It would handle better with a longer A frame too.

I am looking at that frame situation now.These Boler frames are really thin.On my 17ft its much stronger.

Hi Chester,
I couldn't really tell from the pictures what kind of frame damage you have. I intend to jack up the trillium and look for cracked weld joints. Is there something else I should look for? Could you see your frame damage before you took the boler off? I saw on another web site there was a recall of trillium frames including my year so it's on my list. Windows first. Thanks for any pointers.

The frame is broken on both sides of the "A" frame itself.Someone had done a patch job,but not very good.Also there are a few cracks in and around where axil joins to frame.

Can you tell us how many bolts/U clamps...etc. it takes to get the body off the frame? Also how many men to lift it off...Aprox.weight? Any info.would be very helpfull.Thanks in advance...Rick and Karen

Hi Guys
This Boler had about 12 bolts holding it down.I took boler off of frame by myself using a small hyd jack.I just kept blocking it up till I had clearence to pull frame out backwards.Took about 1 hr after bolts were un done.

Ches, you are SO efficient! Hmmm, :chin I should ship you up to Red Deer for a week to help with mine. Then I could actually get some camping in this year!

Don't be afraid to do something.,These are very easy to work on.Just look stop and think and you will be ok.Only rules I follow is not to put any holes in unit if I don't have to and if not sure ask lots of questions.If you go through all the old posts you will see some amazing mods that folks have done.

This job was so easy it even surprized me.
PS-------I did it all myself with a small hydrolic jack.
