Add TV?

Got a 1982 Burro........is it possible to add a small TV somewhere? Read the thread about an antenna that pulls in a lot of channels........I don't subscribe to Dish, etc so would this set up be possible? Usually camp to unplug from the world but it would be sorta cool to be able to watch TV when rain washes out plans.

Anything you get on an antenna is free.... BUT there are often fewer if any channels available in remote campsites. There are any number of 24" and smaller flatscreens that can easily run on a small plug in inverter, and a few that will run on 12VDC native. We use a 12VDC 19" flatscreen and a $30 Sony DVD player & an inverter to watch movies when no channels are available off the air.

Yes, you definitely need a tow vehicle.

Linda...
You can ignore the children's posts. Sometimes their parents let them play on the computer and don't supervise them very well.

BTW: There are some antennas that will work inside the camper, but usually have less range than when mounted outside.
