Belly band delete mod

camper is 1973 lovebug

As well as filling in some vents I didn’t need.
Used 2 coats of Durabak

We were repainting it was the only reason

Did you roll /brush in or spray it? Buddy does mobile gel coat repairs . For bigger jobs uses a couple scuba tanks for blowing gel coat. Works on luxury mega yachts in the water.

Are you happy with how the durabak turned out? Its hard to see the quality of the finish from the low resolution pics when I zoom in. From a distance it looks good.

I used the rough textured paint. They also sell smooth. I’m very happy with the way the Durabak turned out and the ease of applying it.
