Here's my solution for the overhead bunk ladder quandary. I wouldn't expect it to hold anyone safely over 100 pounds… But for a little kid it's perfect.
About $20 worth of 1 inch PVC pipe and another $15 in fittings and glue.
That's a neat idea. We've never used the upper bunk in mine but I was wondering what to use for a ladder for the kids if I dropped the bunk down. This looks like a great solution.
