Here's three small mods that were made to my 2006 S13 before it ever left my driveway for it's first camping trip.

Mod No. 1 Added a smoke detector. It's mounted on the street side of the rear overhead cabinet.

Mod No. 2 Added a Barometer to the curb side of the rear overhead cabinet. Actually it's thermometer, hygrometer and Barometer all in one. I have to make the mounting ring.

Mod No. 3 Added a partition in the storage area, under the dinette seat on the street side. This is where the converter is mounted. Since our choice of bedding is sleeping bags, I was afraid that the bags would get against the converter and block the air needed to keep it cool.

The next mod has been planned and work started. Those three little press board cupboard doors above the sink and stove. They'll be replace with maple doors. I plan on woodburning and painting a mountain sceen across the three doors. A Trip-Pic is I have in mind. The wood has been selected and purchased. Glued up. Now to cut to door size, make a temporty bridge to hold all three togother. Then I can start the woodburnning process. I hope to have these done and in place by the Northern Gathering.

You might want to check these guys out. There's a list of Oregon woodworkers that do that type of thing.

If you like, email me with a few details about what you'd like to have made. Who knows, it could be right up my alley.
