I have hung lightweight curtains from a rod that spans the dinette/bed area in my 13'
Scamp. I hung the curtain from a length of an old tent pole. I put a locking (suction-cup) plastic hook on each side wall (closet and kitchen cabinet) and hung the pole from it. This works nicely as a "privacy curtain". You can also span the space with a long curtain tension bar. When you use this method you don't need to drill any holes.
Basically, the use of your curtain and its location dictates the way you hang them.
