Hi Chester,
Looks great!
Is it Hardwood or composite? If it is laminate, don't get any water behind it, it'll swell and get damaged. We installed the laminate at the house on the whole 1st floor except entrances, kitchen and bathrooms (for the water reason). Love the stuff cause being that we live in the country, the kids come running in with their shoes, it does not scratch and looks almost as good as real wood. We would love wood in the
Trillium, but it will be used in the bush and the rough and I can't see taking my shoes off before entering everytime or "guarding" the place so the kids do just that. For that reason, I think we will go with the linoleum and runner route. Also, a place to look for wood or laminate is Costco. JD
