Clever Ideas

I'm in a daze, a fog, an information overload. I swear, in the last few months, I've read every post on this site, some repeatedly and some posts, if this were a magazine the pages would be faded and worn.
However, there are posts that elude me. Posts that I know I've read, but darned if I can find them again. There are pictures I wished I'd saved and others I vaguely remember because the idea was smart.
I would like this to be a repository of the cool, the ingenious, the "I wish I'd thought of that".
Pictures are always good, diagrams are appreciated, links, descriptions, anything really.. Anything you think passes the mustard.
I'm going to post all kinds of things, you are welcome to do the same.
Thanks Jude

When you search, use the bottom, Google version. It is a more comprehensive search.

That's not really the problem. Some of the stuff is just a comment or part of a picture. It would be impossible to search for. That's why I'm going to post stuff here that I find else where or while reading posts here.

Mind you, I'm not really sure what you mean by "bottom" search???

I use the classic, blue version of this forum. When I click on "Search" there is a pull down with two entry lines. The bottom one is Google site search.

I cheat I have an Excel database, that at this point, contains hundreds of links. One column tells me what the title is (or something I can remember of interest) and the next column with the actual URL or hyperlink to a particular post within a thread. And y'all thought I was just good at Searching....

Ha... fooled ya! It just seems the same questions come up quite a bit and I truly made the database for my own amusement. Just glad to help where I can. Others are just as helpful.. or maybe more so because they have first hand experience when it comes to certain conditions, etc.

Hi: Mark J... Scroll right down to the very bottom left corner of the screen... click the down arrow (FGRV2.0) and then click on (default style)...VOILA...Bobs your uncle

Google Custom Search/FRV Forums works for me but I can't find the advice post that told me how to install. Perhaps I should search for it here but you can also.
