Cross section of Casita Floor.

Does anyone have a picture or diagram of the cross section of the Casita floor.
I would like to see how the Casita floor is constructed.
Thanks in advance.

No pic, but the wood is either 1/2 or 5/8 inch thick laminated on both sides with fiberglass/resin. I used 1/2 inch wood screws in the closet to secure supports to the floor for my shelving with no problem.

Roy, probably the only people that have ever seen a cross-section are those that have put down vinyl flooring and have removed the pedestal stands which exposes the floor. I would check back through posts on Casita Forum and Casita club see who has done that and PM them.

That's exactly what I did to put down laminate over carpeting. Just can't recall if the wood is 1/2 or 5/8 inch thick.
