Easy cedar shelve in closet

Used some of the 75 year old cedar from an old trunk and put one piece on top of the wheel well. Pre drilled holes in every corner and had screws sticking threw them.I then made 4 cedar posts which I hand screwed/tightened to the screws. Then added a top shelf and screwed from top into posts. Free floating so easy to take out if wanted and no extra mounting holes or screws needed to secure it.

I like this idea Mark. Did you also cut another door into the bottom of the closet, or just extend the whole closet door into one long one? I bet I could find that cedar at Home Depot or something.
