Faucet Replacemet

Our SMEV Dometic stove - sink combo came with a chromed plastic faucet that lasted about two years. I was able to repair it with J-B weld but that only lasted another year. I finally replaced it with a Kingston Brass faucet I got from Amazon.

Installation required a drilled out fender washer from the local hardware store but was otherwise strait forward. I used hose clamps to clamp the 3/8" water line to the stem after wrapping it in Teflon tape. We don't use city water so high pressure is not an issue. If it were, a fitting would be better. I used the glass cover brackets to hold a small tray. With a very shallow sink, the high faucet it a big hit with the dish washer. Raz

Does the spigot swivel on the faucet or is it fixed?

The spigot does swivel. There is no aerator. The handle is a quarter turn off to on. Raz
