Fixing a table to the wall

I'm adding a small table where the small bed area is. I need to fix the small table to the wall with metal pieces. How would you suggest I do that? Screws All the way through (outside)
or heavy duty glue?

In general I would only use through-shell attachments as a last resort. But to suggest alternatives we need more information. Make, model, and year of trailer,, location of bed, and a photo of the spot would be helpful. Does the table need to lower to make a bed?
