Fixing her up!

Today we started fixing up our Trillium! Ripped the rest of the ensolite down, since most of it was long gone to begin with. Sanded most of it down. Tomorrow we'll finish sanding and then start on resealing the windows. Doesn't seem to have much water damage. Flooring seems to be good. No water damage in the cubbies. Needs new vent for sure. Along with some more modern lights. Super excited to see it's progress to completion!

No idea why the pic is sideways...

Been working diligently.
Windows resealed. Vent replaced and sealed.
All electric replaced. 110 and 12v systems in order. Converter, battery, and sockets all wired.
Trailer exterior lights rewired.
Reflectix installed.
First coat of primer.

Her name is Violet Beauregard. The interior will have cream hullliner on the walls, and the fiberglass will be light violet. Outside to be white and dark purple.

We went all out for Violet Beauregard! The bottom portion of the exterior will be the same color.

We finished!

While we are certainly not professionals, we managed to completely renovate our camper. It was basically a sick sad shell in the beginning. Now, everything is brand new.
Electric, 110 and 12 v, converter, battery, lights, sockets.
Interior custom violet paint. Outside to match soon.
Insolation and headliner- seams are our biggest weak point. We figure in a few years we'll have it redone, but for now it's a ok.
New plumbing, closed system with option of city water if we choose.
Flooring, windows sealed, new tires and rims, yes moonies fit.

The fabric on the cushions is ugly so we covered them with something much nicer. We def plan on changing the fabric in the nearer future.

Looks good! What adhesive did you use for attaching the insulation? And what did you use for insulation, looks like Reflectix and some headliner?

I used 3m90 to glue the reflectix to the walls, and the headliner to the reflectix. I used vinyl adhesive, hh 66, to affix covers for the seams, which were a cotton/canvas twill ribbon.

It was about 8-9 cans for each layer.

What hulliner material did you use and where did you get it. It doesn't look as fussy as Scamp Rat fur or other hulliners I have found. I would like to find something that is easily cleaned.
Thanks
Mark

I bought it from MarineVinylFabric.com from amazon https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

It's very easily cleaned if need be. It was very difficult to deal with seams and wrinkles. I'll never hang headliner again lol
