Flooring

We need to replace the vinyl in the 5ver that Scamp installed not very well. Someone used a cork flooring or we are considering a lamanent. I like the idea of the cork flooring as it added extra insulation on the floor. Need something that can get wet and not come up.

I put in glueless vinyl sheet. No seams, easy to pull out if need be.

I've used Traffic Master Allure in the Compact Jr and the Bigfoot. It's easy to work with, sold in lots of wood tones and stone patterns, and cleans very well. In both trailers, I installed it over the existing vinyl with no under layer. Home Depot sells it.

I did a glue down cork floor, and we absolutely love it. It is so warm and cozy underfoot, tough, and looks fantastic (to me at least ).

I used cork 'click' flooring from Home Depot...it went in fast. I laid 1/4" plywood strips down first, to avoid the uneven floor spots, then spanned it with the flooring. It's been in for almost a year with no problems. It gets dirty, but is dark enough you can't tell; it sweeps up and damp mops easily. it's sound deadening too. I used a regular metal stair nosing as a threshold at the entry, and held it down inside with a baseboard made of PVC lath.

We also used the Allure line from Home Depot. The easiest flooring I've ever used, either cut with sheers or score & snap. Not sure why this photo uploader insists this picture should be sideways...

Has anyone used rubber sheet flooring? I like the waterproof aspect, softness under foot, and insulation. Thanks for any feedback.

Courtney
