High lift kit Casita

Can someone explain to me how I can tell if my 2015 Casita Spirit Delux has the high lift kit.

The easiest way to check is to look at the frame immediately above the area where the axle is mounted to the trailer frame. There should be doubled-up welded-on extra square channel tube attached below the main 3" C channel frame rails directly above the axle. These sections will only be a couple of feet long. If you don't have the added 1 1/2" short sections attached under the main frame, then you don't have the high-lift axle. If you see those 1 1/2" square channels welded under the frame and above the axle itself, then you do have the high-lift axle.

In addition to the modification described by Casita Greg, you probably will also have 15" tires. I believe that the two are a "package".

Partially true, depending on the year of the trailer. While the "newer" Casitas are now running on factory installed 15" wheels, for many years, (even with the "high-lift" axle mounts,) the trailers came out of the factory with 14" wheels installed. After a while, Casita started offering an "optional upgrade" to 15" wheels, (for extra $,) and then they finally started installing 15" wheels for the last few years as standard equipment.
