I'm almost there in getting my door to fit. However there is a significant gap-about 3/4 in.- on the bottom outside corner of the door. It's just a bit much to expect a gasket to fill. So, I'm wondering how to get the curve to draw in. Do I need to tear into it?
Also, I tried to search for previous posts about this issue (assume I'm not the only one to deal with this) and I can't seem to navigate successfully the search option...suggestions? what's the trick?

If it has an aluminum threshhold it is adjustable.
I use a 3/4" solid closed cell foam for the bottom gasket and the new closed cell door gasket from Scamp for the door.
The 3/4" foam has worked well since installed 13 years ago.
It is also available in 1" which would work as well.
The last two pictures show first the threshold gasket and then the door gasket.
