I went this route rather than new wheels cause it was so much cheaper and glad we did, very retro looking. Put on on the spare instead of a cover too..

Looks great. You might want to post the source for others interested.

I love the moons of yesteryear. Especially with the matching chrome rings.

To me, that looks just as good as any aftermarket wheel.

Wax both sides.
They don't make them like the old days.

Love the new moon caps Mark. Will you please provide the specific model you bought? I had planned to do the same but don't want to make a mistake and get the wrong ones.

Does anybody know how you measure for hubcaps? Do only certain types of wheels take moons?

I want to put moons on my 60's trailer but full size metal hub caps on my scamp.

Will all wheel types take either?

Help!!! Who knows this kind of stuff?

Thanks!!!!

Not every wheel will except snap-on hubcaps... moons or otherwise. The wheel needs "nubs." Depending on if the nubs are innies or outties, the hubcap will be sized differently. See this site for more info: Baby Moons Measurement Instructions 3 Nubs Dog Dish Baby Moon Hubcaps

Here's another resource: Baby Moon Center Caps Stylish Look, Great Prices, AutoAmenity

Here's a poor picture showing the innie (left) and outtie (right)
