insect screen

I was resealing the furnace exhaust for our '79 Boler. I was also looking at getting some insect screen but didn't like the looks of what was available so I decided to make my own for a cleaner look.
This is what is available as insect screen from the stores:

Flying Insect Screen for Duo-therm, Suburban and Durotherm Furnaces - Camco 42141 - Insect Control - Camping World

and here is what I did:
