Inspecting a Trillium 1300

I’m posting this in modifications because I’m looking for advice from those who are experienced with the anatomy of a 1300. We’re hitting the road tomorrow to see a trailer. I’ve seen photos and it looks good. The current owner assures me that there hasn’t been any leaking. I’m taking a moisture meter to check the window frames. Is there a way that I can check for any damage in the floors? It was fairly easy under the benches and dinette trap door of our 4500 but I recall that there isn’t a hatch under dinette in the 1300. Is that correct? Is there any other location that exposes the wood? I’d love any other advice for what to look for during the inspection.
