Interesting question. I'm sure paints have some insulating factors but I would guess it would be measured with a lot of zeros after the ".". Mass and/or an air gap gives you insulation. FG TTs for the most part are not really insulated for your comfort but more for condensation reasons. I like the idea of the paint though, sure would make a difference in my house
