I think it may be the EXACT same fabric I used to make my shades.
If you don't already know it--- DO NOT IRON IT, or it WILL MELT! Luckily I found that Just folding it over and pinning for the hems and such works well, even without the ironing. Great an inexperienced "sewer" like myself.

If it is like Sunbrella fabric, you can score the hem line with an ice pick drawn backward to make the hem line fold over nicely. I don't have an electric heat knife, but I used a flattened tip in my soldering gun to cut the Sunbrella fabric, which seals the edge from fraying.
