Lexel and your new Maxxfan

I am a huge fan of LEXEL sealant (caulk) but just learned something new. After twisting someone’s arm to get them to buy a new Maxxfan at the rally, he read the instructions. The screen capture below is from step one when installing. Toluene is listed on the Lexel MSDS sheet. Now we know.
