thanks!
Thats why I'm showing myself pushing a
battery into it to show the compression. It bounces back really fast after.
What I want to know is how to fix it if (when) it gets hit and a chunk gets taken out and I need to fix it.
I'd like know the layers. What is between the hard top roof and that cushy foam.
If I rip of all that foam and replace it with something hard (akin to truck bed-liner). What's going to be under the vinyl/foam. Is the "insulation" under that? Should I prepare to find some thin modern insulation to be doing at the same time? And of course have
fiberglass ready for fixing weak spots I can't see.
From the outside it appears to be in great condition, but who knows what is under. Mold. Missing insulation..... etc.
Looking for a list of the layers. What forum would be the best place to post that for the most attention?
Thanks!

Not sure how to repair the tear but you can search the site to see if someone else has done it or someone may pipe up. A lot of people do repairs to the Ensolite and then paint it. Again, search the forums to see what others have used. You definitely want to get a paint that remains flexible and doesn't shrink.
