Maxxair Dome Fan in the Loo

Inquiry #4: The bathroom in my Casita only has the little window on the side--not enough to dry things out after a shower or a wild time brushing my teeth. I want to install a 6" Maxxair Dome fan (I've seen these in other Casitas) in there, BUT I don't know how much space there is between the bathroom shell and the outside shell, if any. Any information would be appreciated. Thank you!
