Congratulations on the Trillium purchase Terry.
I used to have a 13' Trillium and loved it!
I just finished a restoration on a 13' Burro, it was
alot of fun, but certainly a few headaches along the way.

There is a wonderful group of helpful Fiber folks here, any questions
and I am sure they can assist in some way.

All the best, Jake.

Hi Terry,
First Trillium was a '72. Now have a '78 1300. These are great little trailers. What year/model
is yours. People on this web site are a wealth of information and useful advice. I have found
that archived topics are a great way to get ideas for repairs and improvements. Good luck!

What i did here is removed the band and fibreglassed it into all one piece. The outside since these pics is all fibreglasses and sanded ready for paint. but still lots to do on inside.
thinking of pulling benches out, kitchen and closet and making sure all is well under all this and to get it all back in place. I think over the years the kitchen sagged down and benches are separating from walls. That's it for today soon got to go to work.

Terry,
I see a major reno in progress, keep us updated with what your are doing. It sure would be nice to have such a large garage to work in.
I hope you did not throw that vinyl seam molding out. A number of members have been hunting for some for years.

Terry,
The top 3 "stickies" on the tutorials page will help you get those pictures downsized and posted.

New Floor - I obtained the boler 1300 last year and I decided to put in a parquette flooring - as I had a couple of boxes in my shed . The flooring is glued to a piece of 1/4 masonite which is just layed on top of the fiberglass floor of the trailer cut to fit . That way I can lift the entire floor out if I need to . But there has been no twisting or buckling of the floor after this past winter in Atlantic Canada so I think we are good .
just one idea folks .

Looks good so far, looks a lot like mine, I'm not nearly as motivated as you though, I'm just doing some frame/axle work.

Hey there Terry, so good to see someone from "Northern Ontario" ex Manitouwadge resident. All the best with your reno.

Nice work Terry.

Did you happen to get any pics before you put the fiberglass in the belly band area?

How tall is your garage door? Did you have any issues getting your trailer in there? I have a 8 foot tall door (less the little bit where the door hangs down)...but have not tryed it yet!!

What are your plans for the out side finish?

Do you want to sell a small bit of the t shaped inside trim? I need a piece around 5' or so....I will glady pay shipping and what ever fair price you come up with.

I recently replace my flooring in our 4500. I found a product at Home Depot called "cuchion step" , it is a thicker flooring that is not supposed to curl up on the ends and sides....will post pics when I can. Not too fancy but a up-grade compaired to the junk before! I used the old flooring as a template to cut the new stuff.

Good luck with your reno

Kevin

i know my spelling is not the best!!

KevinWA,
If you are using Firefox there is a built in spellchecker.
It helps me all the time.
