My interior progress
I've been redoing the inside of my Scamp over the last few weeks,as time allows, so I figured I would take some pictures of the progress.I still plan on building new cabinet doors, painting the cabinets and doing something with the ensolite.I'll probably just put seam tape on it and then paint it.Anyway, here are a couple pictures of the upholstery and the countertop.
Oh yeah, the window unit is coming out and going in the closet at some point.

Your table and counter top looks fantastic. I also like the fabric on the cushions. Thanks for sharing.

WOW !
The wood work looks great, the counter space is awesome. Do you just use the BBQ outside for cooking ?
Nice job

Thanks everybody.Yes,I do all my cooking outside on the grill. This is our third camper and we have never used the stove in any of them.I would rather have the counter space inside.I still have the original stove and exhaust hood if anybody wants them.

Love the wood work! Grate job!
What type of wood did you use and stain? I'd like to do a new table like that...

Outstanding work. I like the woodwork and the upholstery. You should be proud of yourself.
I am in the process of chasing leaks, resealing windows and the hatch but like you, I never cook inside. I never have so I will be excluding my cook top also.
Again, Brian, my hats off to ya!

Looking great!
Beautiful job on the counter and table, Brian. What kind of wood did you use for these two areas?

Thanks for all the replys.I'm not sure what kind of wood I used, just stuff I had laying around.I'm not really a woodworker but I like to at least try to do things myself before paying someone else to do it.I'm still not sure if I want to make new cabinet doors because they are in good shape but on the other hand I think it would look better if they matched the countertop and table.Any opinions on that?

Unless you are dead set on stained wood, what about painting them a complimentary color?
I particularly like that table.
We don't plan to cook inside either, but just gonna put a cover over the stove in case we want to sell later.
Nice job.

With the doors being in good shape, the suggestion to paint them a pleasing color sounds like the way to go. Color will add some spice to your interior. Then you have time to decide if you would rather have new wood-stained ones at a future date.
Either way, it's lookin' good!

Can you post a photo of the exhaust hood? Mine is flaking and rusting, so could use a new one. Thanks!

Looking good, Brian! Do you remember how much fabric it took to reupholster? I figure I can ask before spending the time to measure our old stuff. Thanks

Brian, Hope you dont mind, but i've stolen your idea for the backsplash.
the last owner had a pine counter put in, but no backsplash.
I don't think mine will look as good though
