Our refurbished Norcold 323 arrived yesterday! I was actually able to make the thing fit, too! It was shorter and narrower and deeper than the original. I was REALLY worried this thing was gonna stick out too far and be really ugly. But I discovered if I raised it up (on a couple of 1x6's) it would slide all the way in. Problem now is the vent at the rear. The outside vent appears too low, I may add another above the top one that's already in place, I guess. The manual stated the heat needed and easy route out. Next I'll screw down the 1x4's, build a divider wall to divide the compartment and keep out the weather. Then I'll add the newer vent and insulate the compartment. I've already bent a piece of copper tubing to hook it up and wired it too. I'll use some of that plastic cutting board material (cabinet doors & table top) to trim around it. There was only a 1/2 inch gap to the right and slightly bigger one at the bottom.
Woo-Hoo...
fridge camping... I'm moving up in the world!
