Our 87 Deluxe 13' Scamp

We Love OUR Little 87 Scamp. Yep...its all ours and we just came back from our 1st trip through the Utah Nat. Parks. 2,700 miles and what fun. My Wife and I haven't laughed so much in years. We think of Pete (our Scamp) as a "2 Step Trailer". You can be anywhere in the trailer in two steps. It has an Open Floor plan Everything mostly works, but isn't that what makes it fun. Tightening and moving things around. Bungee this and bungee that and learning what needs to happen to tow and setup and breakdown. REALLY glad we found you all on line.

The door ! The Door !

So did it have that door when you bought it ? Someone put in a lot of work to have a flat door that seals correctly. Looks good too. I bet a a lot of people, including me, would like to have a door like that ! Scamp, are you listening ? David in Fresno and Sonora, CA.

Yep...it came with it:-)

Yep...it sure looks like a after market addition. The only problem we've had is with the jam. Sometimes it a little hard to open, but it seals great. Last trip, we went over 9,100' pass in the rain and snow and no leaks.

OH...I forgot to note that it has a AC unit inside, below the closet. That is what the vent on the right of the door. All around wood cabinets as well. Very cute.
