Paint options

Hi My wife and I are buying a boler trailer to restore. It will be pulled by a lowered blacked out Chevy Colorado. I am looking for ideas or opinions about paint color. Please let me know what you think. Thank you

Welcome to the forum B/packer!!

We have a Trillium towed by either a black Dodge Dakota (Hemi) R/T or a megi hp'd '37 Plymouth. BOTH vehicles are dark, or shades of black. We chose to paint our trailer Ford white. White goes well with almost any other color and contrasts nicely with dark colours. Consideration should be given to where/time of year you plan to use your trailer, with the reminder that dark coloured rigs tend to draw/attract heat. So, ask yourself, do you stay/sleep in the trailer in the heat of the day, and/or, how long might it take for a darker coloured trailer to 'KQQL' down in the evenings for more comfortable sleeping???

There are other 'like minded people' in here who have chosen Orange for both tow vehicle and trailer (Orange Crush, ((J.J.)) are you reading this??). Not as yet seen the combo in person but the pictures look stunning!!

Thank you for the replies. Wow there is a lot of options I do like the white with graphics. Probably will end up doing a summit white or something like that.
