John in all my time here I do not think I have ever seen anyone try and do that in a 13' Scamp. The trailer is so tiny to start with that trying to sleep more than 4 in it would suggest a different/bigger trailer might be in order....

Not in a Scamp, but Trillium used to offer a fold down bunk over the dinette.

Someone posted a picture of a "baby bunk" that they made above the rear bed running from the closet to the back window. They used it for their toddler.

I don't think there is room over the sink with the overhead cabinet in place due to clearance between the two, however, we completely removed the kitchenette & turned our front bunk/couch 90 degrees to make room for a front bath. The lower bunk height is about 1-2" above the top of the wheel well (lower than the kitchenette) and even with the rear dinette so we split the difference between the upper cabinet and the lower bunk giving each bunk about 18" of space.

Carol, we found some images of this very thing on the web while we were planning our boler reno. We didn't add one but we found it interesting. By the way, we sleep 5 in our 13' Boler and wouldn't dream of up-sizing! It's still bigger than a tent...

Aw Geez,
I hate it when I post on an old thread! Must have been paying too much attention to the world around me.
