Potential mod for Mach 8???

I have the soft start and hush kit - LOVE THEM. Now - I always want more. I see the NEW Mach 8 has a one piece outside fan motor and blade assembly that has a shroud built on the fan blade itself. I heard a new model with no modification and it was quieter than the original Mach 8. That got me thinking - CAN I put on this new motor/fan assy in the old unit and get even better results? I also still want to slow down the inside fan somehow - anybody?

here at OMW (orbital machine works), we've gotten a couple of calls from owners of the new Mach 8 Plus, which is Coleman's brand new answer to the many complaints of noise on the old Mach 8 units. Both owners stated the noise is the same or even worse in the Plus units. They both wanted to purchase our hush kit, which has proven so successful on the "old" Mach 8.
We have not tested our kit on the "Plus" model, thus we cannot say if our hush kit will be compatible with it or not. We would be most grateful if an owner of the "Plus" model would stop by our shop and let us check it for compatibility. We are located in Lewisville, Tx. Thanks in advance to anyone willing to help us on this. safe travels.

Keep me posted - I am not adverse to buying the new motor and installing it if it helps

will do. we're just waiting for the chance to see the new "mach 8 Plus" ac to see if our hush kit will work on it (or how we can modify it to fit with the same great results as it does on the regular mach 8 ac)
