Ok, a couple questions actually...
I've been taking out the original flooring, and I've been noticing that at the rear dinette seats there had been some sort of plastic gasket placed between the seats and the floor and the adjacent cabinets. Are you replacing this? If so, what with? Was it's purpose just to prevent rubbing of the
fiberglass? The front seat didn't have any of this material, just the rear ones. Should it get some too?
Alright, realistically a whole big bunch of questions…
Also, I'm thinking that cleaning, wiring, and laying new flooring etc. would be easier if I take the seats out. If they are glassed in or something, then I don’t think I’ll try to take them out. It looks like there are about 4 screws inside the seat holding them down onto the floor, and several screws that go from the top down through the glass into some plywood strips. Does that sound about right – or am I missing something?
