Scamp Modification remove bunkbeds

Anyone have experience with changing the couch/bunkbed layout in 16 ft Scamp to the side dinette layout? If so, how difficult? problems to troubleshoot in advance? advice and parts available from Scamp?

It is straightforward to convert the front sofa/bunks to a front dinette. Changing it to a side dinette is possible but not practical.

Thanks Jon. I did mean the front dinette, so that thread is perfect for what I was hoping to see.
