All that should work. I'm not saying no one should use a metal sleeve or their current bumper, just that many of us have found them to be damaging. My trailer was already 25 years old when I bought it, and the bumper is past the point where I care to find a way to get inside it (it being an 8 foot long tube) and clean it.

Either way, it's too small for a Rhinoflex.

There are some good ones out there though , I like Valterra red...

I agree Floyd , the low end hoses tend to fail in short order.
We bought a Rhino hose the last time around and so far so good.

A chimney brush, a broom handle with an old T-shirt, a wire brush, or a scraper, duct taped to the end.

[QUOTE=floyd;630121]I changed the link to E-trailer, their pictures answer the questions...
There is even a VIDEO and a 3D spin!
The end caps come with it.

Thanks Floyd, that answered my question

Too late for me. I already have a separate tube for my hose, which again, will not fit in my bumper.

I don't have black or gray water tank but I do have awning poles. I have been thinking of adding something like this for storing the poles. I'll have to look for post sleeves and caps at home improvement store because that looks like the cheapest, but that adjustable stinky slinky holder with latching caps for $60 from eTrailer looked pretty good also. And black would match bumper or blend in if I mounted it under the camper

Yeah if money isn't too tight those would be kind of nice. The pvc from Home Depot or Lowes will definitely be cheaper, but you might want to price it out all the same to find out how much cheaper. Who knows. I don't remember.

Not sure what it would take to paint the pvc, if you prefer black. But then you're nickel & dime-ing yourself closer and closer to the price of just buying a pre-built tube.

hi-rise sewer hose?

I built a cool new container for my Rinoflex hose/couplings, using other reader's suggestions: 5" dia. sq. plastic tube with detachable end caps. It is a bit shorter than the width of the trailer.

I have tried different ways to attach to my 13 ft Scamp and failed: no room underneath/trailer sits too low to ground; won't fit on bumper because spare tire sits flush with back and rests on bumper; can't put it on the short tow arm in front of the battery box as it would get bumped while taking tight turns.

If mounted on back of steel bumper, I'd have to hire someone to drill holes in bumper, and I'd probably back into something and smash my shiny new hose holder.

Your comments about mounting it with bungies so it rests on the awning roof attachments (between the trailer and awning)?

held on w four black, 18" heavy duty "handcuff strength" zip ties to frame from below. Has vent holes in rear and underneath and bungees to hold the
caps on & lotsa room for the BT "majic wand" too.
