Spare Trimlock LK987 Window Gasket
Hi guys,
The only front and rear boler window gasket available for us to purchase only comes in 100' rolls. This will leave us with 75' spare, as we only need around 25'.
Does anyone require some gasket and we can box some up, agree a price on and ship it to you once we receive our 100' roll?
See attached image as a reference for what is on offer.
Regards,
Niall

Niall, Try looking on Amazon. Although the manufacturer will sell only 100 ft rolls, Amazon ocassionly has 25 ft rolls of the same. I found something very similar for my Cadet.

Hi Niall, I would be interested in ~25' of the Trim-lock seal. I am also in BC. Did you end up buying it?

I'm not familiar enough with the sameness/differences between Boler and Scamp, but will the Scamp trimloc work?
It's available in 12 foot pieces.
We replaced the trim in the front and rear windows, and other than it being a really difficult frustrating job, it's worked well.

Hello Alan, thanks for your kind reply. I did not know the scamptrailer company and I wrote them for the specs of their 12 ft seal product. Many thanks for the hint.

If you look at trim-lok's website, there is a #lk-1663 which is almost identical to the lk987. only difference is it has a smaller overall width, and minimum clearance is a little less. Glass thickness and body thickness is the same. Should be using 3/16 plexi. Can be bought in smaller orders at a lot of places other than trim lok . Going to try this on my scamp front and rear window replacement.

Hello videorob22,
thank you for your reply. much appreciated. I mistakenly ended up buying LK987 via two different sources and now I have actually a 25' piece spare and its for sale, if anybody is interested. It does need an extra order of the 25' locking strip which I did not receive with this duplicated order. Fits 3/16th plexiglass and 1/8th body.

lk987 is a one piece locking type. Does not need locking strip. Part from scamp is a two piece type.

Hello videorob22,
you are absolutely correct. Thank You. My products that I used have the numbers LK1179 and LK937 for seal and locking strip, two pieces. Sorry for the mistake as I had initially inquired about LK 987. To clarify: I have now 12.5 feet of the seal for sale but not the locking strip part of this assembly. Joachim
