I used this one on my trailer, its pretty big but it worked out well for me. One thin to not is that it doesnt lock. It wouldnt be too hard to modify it to lock.

I always start with Amazon. Search for Marine hatch too. I see the one above is a marine unit.

The key words for RV: RV baggage door.

For marine: Marine Hatch.

Somewhat interesting to me the marine hatches tend to be cheaper than the RV baggage doors.

Adding to this comment, it is my belief that marine hatches are generally stronger as they are supposed to be stepped on in many cases. The specific one I linked has a full perimeter o-ring and i tested it with plenty of water and didnt see a sing drop come thru.
