Painted the repaired area, then added a self adhesive body side molding to mimic the old look. Body side molding is available on Amazon, eBay, or many auto parts stores. I used 33 feet of it, had less than 1 foot left.

I didn't sweat getting a perfect paint match, as the body side molding took care of that.
